Myra Stefou was born, lives and works in Athens. She studied Interior Architecture, Graphic Design and then graduated with honors from the Fine Arts Department of the Athens School of Fine Arts.
She has worked as an interior decorator, as an art director in advertising agencies and as a freelancer in the field of advertising communication, illustration, and theatrical set design, before deciding to dedicate herself to visual arts.
In 2018 she created the team “WEDOartprojects”. She is concerned with issues of environment, history, memory, time, identity, psychology and philosophy.
