The CHROMATIC ELEMENTS Element BLUE, includes small and large works by artists with the dominant colour of the first section, “Blue” and with occasional appearances of other shades. The public will have the opportunity to view paintings and sculptures created with oil, acrylic, charcoal, dry pastels, ink, clay, and other materials.

In the “language” of art, colors capture emotions, senses, images, smells, sounds, and even tastes. The deeper reasons are that colors associatively evoke the birth of emotions, rooted in subconscious experiences, depending on how they occur in our lives. The colors have exactly the same effect on the viewer when he sees a work of art, especially when it has been created to serve the “Blue” and the ladder of its shades. Blue and green shades, characterized as cool tones, come to pass an intense spirituality and a sense of secrecy, austerity, simplicity, monochrome and harmony.

The “Blue” of the sky, the sea and its infinite magical shades travel you, it is the color associated with spirituality, calm, serenity and freedom of spirit, while its darker tones are associated with a sense of dominance. Its various shades stimulate the soul and the mind, distract it, travel it, calm it down. The bright blue can give the feeling of rejuvenation of the spirit and the soul, while at the same time it can create sadness, melancholy or internal pressure, emotions that intrigue the mind. After all, it is no coincidence that as a color, it has artistically stimulated all art forms.

So let’s travel to “Blue” through the eyes of artists, opening the window of our soul.
